These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the PowerIn website (powerin.io) and the associated services, tools, and features (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Par Toutatis Limited (“PowerIn”, “we”, “us”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services. The Services are intended only for users 18 years of age or older.
2. User Responsibility
By using PowerIn, you acknowledge that you are solely and strictly responsible for how you use the Services — including but not limited to any automated actions performed on your LinkedIn or X (Twitter) accounts.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach. Accounts created via automated means (“bots”) are prohibited. Each user must provide accurate personal details when creating an account.
4. Paid Plans and Subscriptions
Optional paid services are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Plans may be monthly or annual and will automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal. Pricing does not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Settings panel or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. PowerIn does not provide refunds under any circumstances.
6. Support
Email support is available and we aim to respond within three business days. Support requests must comply with our standard operating procedures.
